IT'S A BOY!!

Remember the dolls I'm redoing? Well, one had a little make-over last night! My sister and the ladies at Hope Pregnancy thought it would be cute to have a boy and girl twins.....So I got the job of transforming one.
It actually went quite well. Their sweaters are almost done as are their 'boots', I'll get to their pants this weekend. Oh, and I found out last week that they aren't due August 1st, they're still due September 1st, I need the time!

Now I need to think of names!

Gorgeous Girls....

I can't believe this young woman is the little girl I use to do daycare for! Jordan and her older sister Kirbi came to my daycare when they were about 9-10 years old. They were such fun, sweet kids and now they are such beautiful(inside and out) young women. I was so pleased to be invited to Jordan's wedding. I wish her and Brandon years of happiness!!

{Hard to believe this beautiful bride is a college hockey player!!}

Saturday At Melvin's

The weather it was getting rough{okay, just a little
windy!}
So we went out on a double decker boat, for a two
hour cruise...
courtesy of Mr. Dooley!

It's a pontoon party!!! {Beach?}

Since I always have the camera there are pictures of my dear friend Mary and my DH, Tim! And Mary's DH in the back ground! {I think that phone IS attached!}

Oh, there I am! With two dear friends, Brooke and
Angela!!

And here I am again, with another dear friend, Susan!
{Note to self: ..........do something about flat hair!}

I had a busy week at work so relaxing, listening to an outdoor band and 'people watching' at Melvin's on the Lake in Spicer, MN was just what I needed.

These sweet dolls are going to go through

some changes very quickly. With in the

next week they will have a new look. My DS

Deanna learned of a silent auction fund

raiser for HOPE Pregnancy here in Willmar

and of course thought of me. They need to

have different clothes and maybe a theme. I

sort of have a plan....not totally sure of all

the details. So it's time to get crackin'!!!

Wish me Luck!!!

Aren't they adorable!!

New Unity Stamps!!

I stopped by Unity the other day to see Angela and get some more Unity Stamps. This little butterfly and sentiment is from her July kit of the month. I thought this would make a cute book marker for someone I know who just found out she has breast cancer. Day by day, it's the little things that keep us going.

1st HO*ME!

Finally finished a SB page!! I had the HO*ME bingo card from Jenni Bowlin for a while and thought it would be fun on a LO for Randi and Nicks new home. And of course I had to use a few of my friend Angela's stamps. Just love those Unity Stamps.

Randi and Nick are painting the inside of their home and doing lots of yard work. Next they are having new cement put in for the side walks. Will be good for next year when their little one is walking.

Fourth of July!!

On Friday I walked the Spicer, MN 4th of July parade for the Spicer Legion Auxiliary handing out patriotic items. Then after the parade Tim and I went out to our friends cabin on George Lake and participated in their 2nd annual boat parade and then a potluck dinner at a neighbors cabin. To finish things off Mary and I took a 'Big Mable' ride back to their cabin Happy 4th!!
